  1. to confirm the Minutes of 8th Annual General Meeting held on 18 February 2005;

  2. to receive and if approved, to pass the audited Statement of Account of the Alumni Association for the year ending 30 November 2005;
  3. Election of the 5th Management Committee Members for the years 2006/2007
