“Construction Business Risk Management :
Appreciation of Legal Aspects”

An evening talk on "Construction Business Risk Management : Appreciation of Legal Aspects" was held on 20 Feb 2004 at ITC - School of Business and Law, Burlington Square, Bencoolen Street. This talk is the first of a series of talks that will be organised by our Talks and Seminar Special Interest Group (SIG) leader, Mr Tan Kin Siong.

More than 20 participants attended this evening talk which introduce concepts on Construction Business Risk and also provide insight on frequent issues relating to Construction Risk. Issues on Site Verbal Instructions, time and cost implication and payment were also discussed. The speaker was Mr John Chung, an experience Architect and lawyer. After the talk, participants were treated to food and wine.
