The Business to be transacted at the meeting is as follow:

• to confirm the Minutes of 7 th Annual General Meeting held on 6 February 2004;
• to receive and if approved, to pass the audited Statement of Account of the Alumni Association for the year ending 30 November 2004;
• to transact any other business that may be transacted at the Annual General Meeting.

Notice of Motion

Any member who wishes to propose any motion at the Annual General Meeting must give notice of such motion to the Honorary Secretary.
