Dear Members of NTU CEE Alumni
Notice is hereby given that the Twelfth Annual General Meeting (12th AGM) of the Nanyang
Technological University School of Civil & Environmental Engineering Alumni Association will be
held on Tuesday, 3rd February 2009 at 8.30p.m. at Mayflower Corner, 50, Nanyang View,
Nanyang Technological University, Singapore 639798 (located at the NTU Staff Club, Tel: 6791
2698).
The Business to be transacted at the AGM is as follow:
- to confirm the Minutes of 11th Annual General Meeting held on 22 February 2008
- to receive and if approved, to pass the audited Statement of Account of the Alumni Association for the year ending 30 November 2008;
- to transact any other business that may be transacted at the Annual General Meeting.
Notice of Motion
Any member who wishes to propose any motion at the Annual General Meeting must give
notice of such motion to the Honorary Secretary.
